of Cobourg is a proof of this system,
which through my recommendation was
set [aside?] a few years ago for the “natural
+ artifical propagation of fish” by which
means the penalties are largely [in..?]
for any [violation?] of this [clause?] of the
Fisheries Act in this Lake by netting
or spearing by the White man, + Indians
had become almost Exterminated of fish,
but now the Lake is teeming with Bass,
& Muskalonge so much so it is the reason
