The Discipline
By turn of leave is to be understood each time that a man is
deprived of the indulgence, which he would have been allowed had he not been under stoppage.

After 24 hours of a man absent without leave the Master of Arms is to go on shore and if possible ascertain the mans whereabouts and bring him on board calling in the assistance of the police if necessary.

After 48 hours Absence a Warrant will be issued for the mans arrest and One pound reward will be given.

When any expenses have been incurred in connection with leave breaking which the Offender has been ordered to refund it is to be entered in the Defaulters Book as part of his punishment.

In lieu of No 10. Admirality Punishment. a fine will be inflicted of one Shilling for each day. Viz. For an Offence which would be punishable by seven days No 10 a fine of Seven Shillings will be inflicted.

Gambling is strictly prohibited.
Card playing of all kinds will be stopped
if accompanied with Gambling.
Any firearms brought on board without permission will be confiscated.
