The Battlefields Around Richmond

We are indebted to Mr. John W. Arrington, Jr., of Greenville, for his
kindness in securing the interesting collection of battlefield relics
from Richmond. You will notice the pine wood seems to be as rich and well
preserved as it was in 1864 when the bullets were lodged in the trees.

The bullets were secured from the battlefields of Malvern Hill,
One Cold Harbor, Gaines Mill, and Forts Harrison and Gilmer.
