I do hereby certify that the within named Wm Fanill
Justice of Leave in & for the State & County aforesaid
and that due faith & verdict should be given to all his
acts in his official capacity In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand & affixed the seal of said
County.

Sept 8th 1819.

State of Alabama } 9th day of September, 1819.
Shelby County } Know ye that I do by these
presents obligate and firmly bind myself my heirs
and executors under the penalty of three thousand
dollars to make or cause to be made forever unto
John Francis Buchetter, his heirs assigns or attorneys a
full conveyance of all the rights & claims I have to
one hundred and sixty acres of land it being my
claim on the United States in consideration of
my service, and which said Buchetter is to claim and
demand from the United States by power & virtue
of my discharge for service given unto him by me
for that purpose as to my lawful attorney are hereby
the said one hundred and sixty acres of land
sold with all my rights and claims to
the said Buchetter as above specified for which
land I do hereby acknowledge to have received
of the said Buchetter the full consideration paid in
hand unto me. In witness whereof I have this
day & year as above written set hereunto my hand
and seal

and to my me to ask demand & receive from
Register of the General Land Office of the United
States one hundred & sixty acres, of land
