I hereby certify that the within named
William C. Lee, an acting Justice
of Peace in & for the said County & state aforesaid, and
that due faith & credit should be given to all his acts
in his official capacity. In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the county
this 8th day of October 1819. Henry Avery, C.C.C.

Know all men by these
presents that I do obligate and firmly
bind myself my heirs, executors, under the penalty of
three thousand dollars to make or cause to be made
forever unto John Francis Buchettie his heirs assigns or
lawful attorneys a full conveyance of all the rights &
claims I have to one hundred and sixty acres of land
it being my claims on the United States in consideration
of my services, and which lands the said Buchettie is
to claim & demand from the United States by power
and virtue of my discharge from given unto him
by me for that purpose as to my lawful attorney
are hereby the said one hundred and sixty acres of land
inviolably sold when I have obtained the [pattent]
on said land of the United States through said Buchettie
my attorney for that purpose with all my rights &
claims to the said Buchettie specified for which
lands I do hereby acknowledge to have received of
the said Buchetti the consideration paid in hand
unto me. In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand & seal this 15 day of October in the
year of our Lord 1819.
