TO ANY SHERIFF OF THE STATE OF ALABAMA
You are herby commanded that of the goods and chattles, lands and tenements of
John B Wilson
you cause to make the sum of two hundred & forty one 96/100
dollars, which Columbus Cunningham
recovered of him on the 18th day of September 1857
by the judgement of our Circuit Court, held for the Shelby county, besides six 75/100
dollars, cost of suit, and have the same to rendered to the said Columbus
Cunningham
and make return of this Writ, and the execution thereof to our next Circuit Court to be holden
on the second Monday in March 1858, according to law
WITNESS my hand this 8th day of October A.D. 1857
