The State of Alabama Shelby County December 1st 1957 We B Z Fuller and J M Baker Sr R J Wheeler agree to pay to the State of Alabama Two Hundred dollars unless he, the said B Z Fuller appear at the next Term of the Circuit court of Shelby County, and from Term to Term thereafter until discharged by Law, to answer an indictment pending in said Court against him for selling liquor to a slave H J Sawyer test Shff B Z fuller J M Baker R J Wheeler
