THE STATE OF ALABAMA,} SHELBY COUNTY; TO ANY SHERIFF OF THE STATE; An indicment having been found at the Fall Term, 1857, of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, against John H Williamson for the offence of knowingely selling minors or spiritous liquor to a slave named Henry the property of John W Kidd while he the said John H Williomson was a licensed retailer under & uner the oth prescribed in section 1057 of the code of Alabama you are therefore commanded forthwith, to arrest then said deffendant and commit him to Jail, to answer such endictment;and that you return this writ accoring to law.
