On motion, it is ordered by the Court
that the hearing of the report of insolvency filed
by the Administrator, be continued to Monday the
11th day of May, 1896--

{Continuance} Deceased } Shelby County, Alabama
Estate of } Regular Term, April 13th 1896

This being the day set for the final
settlement of Administration of R.L. Sawyer,
deceased, as Administrator of the Estate of
E.H. Sawyer, deceased,--it is ordered by the
Court, on motion, that said settlement be
continued until the next Regular Term of this
Court--the 2nd Monday in May

{and allotting} In the Matter if the Estate of John H
{Real and personal} Goodwin, Deceased.
{property.} On this day the report of the report of the
Commissioners heretofore on the 13thday of April 1896,
{Est of Jno H} appointed to make and return an Inventory and
{Goodwin} Appraisement of the real and personal property of John
{Decd} H. Goodwin, deceased, coming on to be heard, and upon
consideration by the Court it is orered, adjudged and
decreed that said report be filed and recorded in
this Court, and that the property of the said deceased
mentioned therein, real and personal, does not
exceed in amount in value the exemptions allowed
in such property to the widow and minor children
of decedent, and that good cause is not shown to
the Contrary, and the said property is hereby set
apart to Amos Goodwin, Elbert Goodwin,
Jack Goodwin, Henry Goodwin, Addie
Goodwin and Esker Goodwin minor children
of decedent, as exempt from administration
