{Order apptg} E.H. Sawyer, } In the Probate Court
{day for final} Deceased, } of Shelby County Alabama
{settlement of} Estate of-- } Special Term Mch 4th 1896
{R.L. Sawyer's} This day comes Elizabeth Sawyer as the
{Administration} Administratrix of the Estate of Robt. L. Sawyer,
{of said Estate} deceased, and files, under oath, statements, accounts,
vouchers and other evidences, together with a
list of all the assets of the Estate of E.H. Sawyer
deceased, which have come into the hands of the
said Elizabeth Sawyer, for the purpose of making
a final settlement of the former administration of
the said Robert L. Sawyer, deceased, in his
lifetime, upon the estate of the said E.H. Sawyer,
deceased-- And the Court having examined and
found said account, apparently correct, the
same is now reported for settlement--And
it appearing to the Court from an inspection of
the records in this estate, that E.S. Sawyer is
administrator de bonis non of the said Estate
of E.H. Sawyer, deceased, and is a property party
to said settlements; It is therefore ordered that
Monday, the 30th day of March, 1896, be set to
make said settlement, and that notice of the
said time so set, and of the nature of such
proceeding, be given by publication for three
successive weeks in The Chronicle, a newspaper
published in said County, calling upon all
persons interested, and who may think proper,
to appear and contest said settlement.
It is further ordered that said E.S. Sawyer, as
Administrator de bonis non of the said Estate
of E.H. Sawyer, deceased, have notice of day set for
said settlement by citation, to be personally
served on him, at least ten days before said
30th day of March, 1896; and that W.F. Thetford Jr.
be appointed Guardian ad litem to represent
and protect the interests of the minors above named
on said settlement.
