made oath in due form of Law that they saw W
illiam Seal the [sistator] signed seal and Publish the
within and foregoing as for his last Will and
testamont. that they attested the same as [Mitrupes].
at the request in his presence and in the prescence
of each other

Last Will

Know all men by these presents, that we
Rachael Seales John. [Medy] joseph D [Medy] are held
and firmly bound unto John M McCanahan judge
of Probate Shelby County, state of Alabama and his
successors in office in the penal sum of seven thousand.
dollars for the payment of which, well and truly to
be made we and each of us do find ourselves our lives
firmly by these presents, sealed with our seales and dated
9 day of June 1851.

Now the condition of the above is such
that where as the above bound. Rachel Seal
has been duly appointed Executrise of the last Will
& Testamont of William Seal deceased. Now if said
Rachael Seal shall well and truly preform all the
duties which are as may be by Law required of her
as Executrise afore said. then the above obligation to
be void else to remain in full force and virtue
