Shelby County } in persuance
of an order of the Judge of the County Court
of the said County of Shelby made the ninth of
June eighteen hundred and twenty three
I have this 12th day of July 1823 proceeded
to expose to said pulic Sale for the estate of

I William Farrell Citizen of Shelby
County & State of Alabama doe make this
my last Will and testament revoking
all others and I allow all my lawful
debts to be punctually & speedily paid and
I allow my beloved wife Agnes Farrell
to have the whole disposal of all my estate
real & personal during her life except such
things as will be here after mentioned my
wife agnes is to have the choice of one
