Beersheba Springs Feby 7, 1861.
Dear Mr. Fairbanks,
Your note of the 5th [?] with written request of Trustees came to hand last night.
I have to-day written to Dr. Pise (Secy) and sent him for publication & distribution to each Trustee a noticing making the change requested from the 9th to the 11th Oct'r. I have also written to the Ed. of the Ch. Intelligencer asking him to make the like change in the notice in the paper of July 18 and to call special attention to it by an editorial remark [etc?]. I suggest that you with a line to Bp. Rutledge & ask him to notify the Trustees in Fla. of the Change.
