My dear Dr-

I received with great
regret your letter imforming me
at Savannah that you could not
be present at our meeting there.
We were very desirous of having a
full Committee & that you should
here be present. We hope however
that we shall be able to present
to the Board such a report as will
be satisfacotory. We think we Shall,
as it has received the unanimous
praise of all those who were present.

As we have not a quroum we
do not feel at liberty to finish it
as otherwise we intended by the Nov.
