I would say send copies to every paper in Charleston, of whatever type of politics so of New Orleans, Savannah, Mobile, Raleigh, Wilmington, Edenton, Nashville, Memphis, Knoxwell, Atlanta, Macon, Augusta, &c &c not only the Capitols but all the leading principal towns. Now, is our chance, & this is our method. It will wonderfully help you in any work when we set out on our jpurney. You should emply some one as a cleak to do this on account of the board & make him hand you the list of names of the papers to which he sends them that you may have it enlarged if need be. I would go about that work before the address is ready to be issured. It will save time & promptitude is of the utmost importance in such a matter.
