Mr. Hebeler presents his compliments to the Minister of the United States, and has the honor to transmit to His Excellency, the wished for Plans and working details of the Agricultural School at Hohenheim which Mr. Hebeler has this day received from Baron de Hugel, Minister for Foreign Affairs at Stuttgart, agreeably with the note of Mr. Dallas on that subject.
