Mr. Dallas presents his compliments to Mr. Hebeler, Consul General of Würtemberg, and begs to express the cordial thanks of the Right Reverend the Bishop of Tennessee as well as his own, for the three pamphlets, which he has had the honor to receive yesterday respecting the Agricultural School at Hohenheim, and he particularly requets that the same acknowledgments my be conveyed by Mr. Hebeler to His Excellency Baron de Hügel.
