Framing & putting up rafters, and sheating & shingling, -- per sqr, 2.00 framing & putting up joist for seccond floor, included in the above price, -- {line underlined}

Laying floor, rough, tongue & groove, strait joint; of yellow poplar or pine, plank not less than 6 in wide, -- per sqr 2.75 {line underlined}

Laying porch floors, the same way except, {rest of line underlined} tongue & groove, pr sqr 2.00

If any of the above floors are laid with machine work, & plank, the price to be for laying, -- per square -- 1.00 {line underlined}

Framing & putting timber in porch floors, -- per sqr, .50 {line underlined}

Framing & putting up studding, and rough weatherboarding, with rough ceiling inside, & joints, batten, &c{?} -- per sqr, -- 2.50 {line underlined}

Door frames with inside cacings, making hanging, & trimming door, in frame build, -- each, 3.00 the same in log buildings, --- , 3.50 {line underlined}
