Dear Sir; excuse me for thus adressing you on a subject wholy foreign to your business.
There is in course of constru -ction in your county a bulding called the Southern University Will you be so kind as to inform me who the proper person would be to write to, to find out all about the work, about the building. And will you inform me wheather the bulding is of stone and what kind of stone, wheathe it is marble grannet or limestone. I beg you to expense me for this letter, and an answer from you will be very thankfuly recieved.
