I have the honor to re-
commend, with reference
to the Sanction of His Excel-
lency the Governor, to the
arrangements proposed in
my letter No. 28 to you of
this 12th Instant, with regard
to the employment of the
Colonial Vessels "Governor
Phillip" and "Isabella," that
as contracts have been en-
tered into for the Supply
of Provisions to the Troops
and Prisoners at the Set-
tlement of Port Macquarie &
as there remains a considerable
quantity of Salt Beef and
Pork in the Magazines at
that station, it would be
advisable that the "Isabella"
