Sir,
The Troops and Prisoners having been disembarked from the Government Colonial Schooner "Isabella," She has now Commenced discharging the Lime Stone brought from Norfolk Island which with Some trifling Repairs, Payment of the men, &c. will take up the whole of this week, when She will be in readiness to proceed again to Sea.
As the Deputy Commissary General informs me he has a Considerable quantity of Slops, Stores, &c. ready to be forwarded to Moreton Bay, I beg to Suggest that this Vessel be employed on that Service, at the Same time taking this opportunity of conveying the Invalid Prisoners (about Forty in Number) under orders for Port Macquarie
