Sir,
It having been reported to me by the Superintendent of the Phœnix Hulk, that the Colonial Sentence of the Prisoner named in the margin will expire on the 1st June next, I have the honor to request instructions, whether he shall be returned to Moreton Bay, or retained in the Hulk until his Sentence expires -
