Sir,
I have the honor to transmit to you for the information of His Excellency the Governor the accompanying Manifests (in triplicate) of Articles shipped on board the Government Colonial Schooner "Isabella" for the Settlement at Moreton Bay - and in duplicate for Port Macquarie and to acquaint you that when the Troops & Prisoners shall have embarked she will be ready to proceed on her Voyage - waiting your Instructions.
