I beg leave to acquaint you for the information of His Excellency the Governor that during the last trip of the Schooner "Isabella" to Moreton Bay & Norfolk Island, in entering the former Port She Struck heavily on the Bar, Knocked her rudder off, broke all the Pintles and otherwise Shaking the Vessel ... She will therefore require new ones to be Cast without delay, a patten [sic] of which may be Seen in the Dock Yard.
May I beg to request you will be pleased to call for Tenders of the Same agreeable to the enclosed form in order that She may be prepared for Sea
