I have the honor to forward per H. M. Col'l Brig "Governor Phillip," Mr John Richards Master ... a Case containing a pattern of a Brass required for the Windmill at this Station, and beg to state in Consequence of their not being proper convenience or Materials requisite to prepare the Same here, I am under the necessity of making this application to Head Quarters, and request it may be executed with as little delay as possible, and forwarded by an early opportunity .........................................................
