The Commissariat Clerk
at Norfolk Island having
reported that it is doubtful
whether any assistance
can be desired from the
Crop of Maize at that
Station, I do my self the
honor to request, that,
I may be favored with His
Excellency the Governor to
dispatch the "Governor
Phillip" to Norfolk Island
immediately, with a part
of the Cargo of Maize she
has brought from Moreton
Bay, taking such Prisoners
as there may be to forward,
and calling at the latter
