I have to acquaint
you for the information of
His Excellency the Governor
that I have this day caused
the two convicts named in
the margin to be placed
on board the Hulk to
await an opportunity
for

Representing the impropriety
of sending two Especials
from Port Macquarie in
charge of Runaways and
stating that he has returned
them to the Hulk. -

It is a matter of necessity
I believe, to send some one
in charge of such Men. But
perhaps it may be as
well to send a copy of this
letter to Mr. Sullivan -
