Sir,

the undermentioned Prisoners being not only unfit for any kind of labour, but even incapable of taking care of themselves. and the circumstances of a Penal settlement precluding them from a total exemption from work, I would recommend their removal to the Invalid Depot at Port Macquarie; and beg that the recommendation may be submitted, if it meet your approval, to the consideration if this Excellency the Governor.
