"Kinnear Park"
Over 1200 feet of sidewalk graded on Olympic
Avenue; embankment along line of same over
2800 cubic yards, about half of this fill was outside
the line of fence and ought to be charged
to Street Dept. I have made a gutter along
the full length of the Park but it will be
necessary to put in a wooden gutter, which
belongs to the street dept.
938 lineal feet of walk graded 10 feet wide
2&1/2 acres prepared for lawn and shrubs
246 loads of manure hauled and deposited in Park.
"City Park"
About 2 acres cleared in S E Corner for nursery
Propagating house 65x16 feet and a basement
12x16 by 6 feet deep, with concrete floor and
brick walls for the heating apparatus.
All finished and in operation.
The cost of the whole will not exceed $400.00
