Special Commissioner of Horticulture from
the French Government to the Chicago
Exposition. Mr T N Haller on
behalf of the City placed his launch
at Monsieur deVilmorin's disposition
and the department guided his
tour over Lake Washington where
valuable specimans were collected by him.
Monsieur deVilmoran will make
arrangements both with the ]]Horticultural
Governmental Gardens of
France]], as also with Professor
C S Sargent of the Arnold Arboretum
Jamaica Plains Mass, for mutual
exchanges with the Park Department
of Seattle
