The department distribute the extra 100 Park Reports
to the Horticultural Botanic and governmental Institutions
both in the United States and abroad in order
to enable them to consult the list of plants
now on hand i this department before they
send their plants or seeds in exchange - thus
avoiding the reduplicating the same plants
Many Park Departments and other institutioin
will not receive. This plant list given in your last
annual report as 100 copies was insufficient
