lay sidewalk on Winston St from Ferdinand
to Angeline Street : On motion petition
was granted: said work to be done at the
expense fothepetitioner:
Statement from CountyTreasurer showing
amount of Taxes due Columbia from taxes
collected in the month of Jan 1896 to be 4.80
On motion meeting adjourned to meet
first Monday in Apr at 8 PM
