On motion Thadeus Osgood was elected
the the Office of Police judge:
Ordinance No 63 Regulating the compensation
of Marshal making the same six dollars
per month together with 1 per cent for
collecting water rent and 5 per cent for
collecting Dog and Poll taxes. was read
and on motion passed the Council:
Ordinance No 64 extending time for
penalty on grade assessment to July 1st
1896 read and laid over to next meeting
On Motion: meeting adjourned to
meet on First Monday in May at 8 PM
