Columbia Wash 1896 June 11th
The Town Council for the town of
Columbia met persuant to adjournment
Mayor Peirson presiding:
Councilmen present Hepler, D C Brown
Groat and Almquist:
Minutes of last meeting read and approved:
Ordiance No 65 read and on motion
was laid over to next meeting:
Ordinance No 64 extending to time of
payment of penalty on Street Grade
assessments until July 1st 1896, having
been introduced at the meeting held on Apr
6th, was read and on motion passed
by the Council. Approved by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk:
On motion Marshal was ordered to
notify persons to remove all
Nuisances and Offal from cow
stables found at alleys or
other places that are considered
nauseus Offensive or injurious to
the health or pleasure of any person:
On motion Warrant was ordered on the
emergency fund for 50 cts in favor
of O A Schade for lamp chimney:
On motion meeting adjourned to
firsst Monday in July at 8 PM
