Mr F A Osgood having complied with the
request of the Council to be present the
Council proceeded to consider the railway
franchise matter. The said franchinse was
gone over and agreed upon except the period
to which said franchise was to run.
Council adjourned to meet again at the
next regular meeting night, Oct 3d 1898
