Gentlemen
Your petitioner would most
respectfully ask that
he be permitted to
occupy the space under the
elevated railroad, on
King Street, on west side
of the Alley seperating
Block No 13 of Maynard's
Town Platt now Seattle
Said space being the
width of said railroad
and about 30 feet
East and West. Your
petitioner desire said space
for the purpose of placing
therein a fruit stand and
shooting gallery and asks
permition to roof and
side up said space.
