Dear sir,--
Refering to the claim of S G Benedict for re-
bate of grade taxed on South Fourteenth Street, I have to
say, that the said warrant should follow the usual course in regard
to payment by the Treasurer and should receive no precedence on
account of said warrant having been drawn in his favor over other
warrants against said fund.
