To The Hon. Common Council of the City of Seattle W. Gentlemen: Your petitioner represents and petitions as follows: 1 That the Award of $210.00 allowed as damages for the extension of Water St. through the property of Thomas Johnson has not been objected to by any person and the time for making objection thereto has expired. 2 The undersigned claims said award as mortgagee of the said premises Wherefore the undersigned asks that a warrant for the amount thereof be issued payable to the Clerk of the Superior Court of King County and deposited with said court to be applied to the payment of the claim of the undersigned under the direction of said court, when judegment in said proceedings shall have been entered.
