Seattle, Washington, May 11th 1891. To the Honorable Mayor and City of Seattle: Comes now your petitioner, Charles H Baker, and respectfully petitions your honorable body, that he and his assigns be granted a franchise to erect poles and stretch wires thereon, for electrical purposes, over and along the streets and alleys of the city of Seattle, in accordane with the terms and provisions of the draft of an ordinance submitted herewith, and your petitioiner will ever pray.
