To the Hon. Mayor, and City Council,
We the undersigned, would respectfully ask that the Special Permit, of the "Boss Candy Man": Name unknown, be revoked. As he is peddling candy on the streets which is against the ordinance of the City of Seattle. Which we think is an unjust discrimination against us. While we are paying high rents he is not paying any. We understand that his plea is not being able to work. Where as we counted that he is just as able to stand behind the counter as we are or as he is to stand on the street.
And by your Honorable Body revoking said Permit will be Justice to all for which we ever pray.
