Seattle Wash 26/94 Mr Mayor, There is a fireman in the police department by the name of Baldwin who owes my father a small balance of $2.50 for repairing & cleaning clothes. Baldwin has promised a number of times to pay this bill, but has never lived up to his promise. Mr Miller, my father is a poor hard working tailor and needs this money badly, so if you can direct the proper official to exercise the necessary pressure to make this man pay, you would confer a great favor, on. Respectfully Yours G Miller Jr. 517 3rd St
