Sir

I respectfully beg to lay befor[sic] you a request on behalf of an aged lady Mrs. Breemer she is about 65 years of age, and without support from any source but her own industry. She requests the free permission to make and sell sausages about town. She is not able to pay the required licence because she is unable to work continuously on acct of her age. if you be kind enough
