Gentlemen: The undersigned
paid special taxes on Lot
Block 30 Maynard's as
shown in the annexed (?) no-
tice given by the City Treasurer.
Petitioner is informed that
the City will issue its bond
in payment of the indebtedness
for which said special as-
sessments were levied and
petitioner believes that in
justice the amount paid by
him towit, Forty-Seven + 88/100
Dollars ($47.88) be refunded
to him.
