Seattle Wash Jan 16th 1890

Geo W. Hall Esq Chr Police and Health Committee City of Seattle

Sir I propose to put in systems for heating Water at the City Jail as follows. Furnish and set up a Galvanized Iron Boiler Capacity 24 gallons set on substantial iron brackets provided with a copper or brass pipe coil perforated with small holes connected with steam direct to boiler also connected to cold water with draw cock for hot water extended into corridor all complete ready for use also furnish the following Firing tools also tools to keep the apparatus in good order

1 Iron Poker 1 Do Clinker rake 1 Tube cleaner with handle 1 12" Monkey wrench 1 10 Gas plyers

All complete for the sum of forty-five ($45.00) Dollars
