first duly sworn on oath, each for himself and not one for the other, says: That he is a
house-holder and resident of the City of Seattle, King County, Washington Territory;
that he is worth the sum of One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars over and above all debts and
liabilities, exclusive of property exempt from execution: that he is not, either directly or
indirectly, interested with the above named bounden in the business to be conducted for
which the above bond is given.
