and Harrison St. be taken as just and
fair, then the valuations of lots in the
blocks terminating on Depot St. on the
South, should be raised to double their
present figures on the said assessment
rate - say to be moderate $700. for
inside lots and $800. for corners.

Again, your petitioners would respectfully
ask that lot 7 block 46 be assessed as low
as lot 12 block 46 - both being corners, but
the latter is assessed at $425. while the
former is down at $450.

Would also ask that lot 4 block 41 -
now assessed at $450. be more equitably
assessed in relation to lot 1 of same
block, cor. of Harrison St. which is
assessed at $25. lower.

We would also respectfully represent that in
our opinion the assessor has not sufficiently
discriminated the greater value of Corner
lots in the middle portions of this Oak St.
grade district, in many blocks corners and
inside lots being all assessed at a like figure.
