The undersigned petitioners, all property owners respectfully petition your honorable body to grade Decatur Street from Madison Street, through Yeslers Second Addition to the City of Seattle, Supplemental to Wyckoff Street, and we also respectfully petition your Honorable body to change the name of Decatur Street in Said Addition to Chouteau Street, Decatur Street also appearing in [Madison Street Addition]], adjoining Yeslers Second Addition, supplemental on the North, and running parallel with Decatur Street in said addition last named.
