Gentleman,
The change of grade on the
unfinished portion of Division Street
so as to permit of a maximum ascent
of nine per cent (9%) instead of Eleven
and one half (11 1/2) per cent as originally
proposed somewhat increases the cost
of the work.

This Extra cost is perfectly satisfactory
to the property holders interested, but it
seems proper that a new advertisement
should be published in the official
papers of this City taking the place
of the one first published as Joint
Resolution No. 44 March 31, 1891
wherein this increased cost should
have mentioned.
