the estimate of the City Engr of the total
cost of said Division St. Improvement
is $35,042.04 of this, the amount is
to be paid by abetting property owners is
$29,598.15 and by the City $5,443.09.

Will you kindly, therefore, order inserted
in the official papers, if in your
judgement desirable, and which is
hereby recommended, an advertisement
embodying this Change of Estimate
growing out of the new conditions.
