Gentlemen
On account of
the extreme weather of the past
three months we have been
unable to make the progress we
anticipated on Street Improvement on
Ninthe Sixth & Marion Street contracts
We have pushed the work
whenever it was possible to get
onto at great disadvantage.
We most repectfully ask your
Honorable Body to consider the above
reasons & to grant us sixty days
additional times in which to
complete contracts on the aforementioned
streeets.
